A recent Family Portrait session on Aldeburgh beach by ‘Scallop’
Conceived & given by Suffolk born artist Maggi Hambling and the Adnams charity,
and manufactured by local craftsmen Sam and Dennis Pegg of J.T.Pegg & Sons of Aldeburgh it is a tribute to Benjamin Britten – one of the 20th Century’s most important composers –
who spent most of his life in Aldeburgh and drew inspiration from the area’s landscapes and seascapes……

Just wanted to say thank you for 2 very enjoyable and rewarding mornings in Aldeburgh. Thanks to for being so accommodating with young Rowan. The workshops exceeded our expectations and we both feel reasonably confident to try out the techniques and idea’s you gave us.
