Daylight arrives to reveal the true impact of last night’s Southerly gale along the Suffolk coast.These images show how vulnerable the river Alde is from the North Sea swell. The fragile sea wall just south of the Aldeburgh Martello Tower has almost breached once again with very little resistance.
With another storm forecast for Friday, lets hope it doesn’t happen. Or is it just a matter of time now!
